I also thought of all the women who could not eat a fresh fruit. And then the idea. I thought they could not put fresh foods in their diets. Yet they would have liked the sight of sketches that they proposed as clothes.” These are the words that an illustrator of San Francisco had in mind was the moment in which she had the idea for his drawings.
